At ResinForge, every lamp is handcrafted and made to order, which means all sales are considered final. Because each piece is one-of-a-kind, we're only able to accept returns or refunds under the specific conditions outlined below.
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of our work. If your lamp arrives damaged or defective, we want to make it right.
To be eligible:
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Clear photo and/or video evidence must be provided showing the damage
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for review.
If the request is approved, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:
- A replacement (subject to availability and production timelines), or
- A refund to the original payment method
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Minor natural variations in resin color, pattern, or translucency — these are an inherent and beautiful part of handmade resin work
- Slight differences in appearance due to lighting or screen color settings
- Items reported outside the 48-hour window
A Note on Handmade Variation
Each ResinForge lamp is poured and finished by hand, meaning no two pieces are exactly alike. Photos on each product listing are taken of the actual item you will receive (or an accurate representation). Natural variation in resin — including subtle shifts in color, flow patterns, and light diffusion — is not considered a defect. It's what makes your piece truly unique.
Order Cancellation & Modification
Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellations and modifications can only be accommodated before your order enters production. Once production has begun, the order is considered final and cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Return Process
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Email us at resinforgeart@yahoo.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photo or video evidence of the issue
- Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days
Unauthorized returns or items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We always encourage you to reach out to us directly before initiating a chargeback — we're a small handmade business and we genuinely want to resolve any issues. Filing a dispute without contacting us first may delay resolution and affect your eligibility for a refund.
All orders are shipped with tracking, and delivery confirmation is retained for dispute resolution purposes.
A few things I changed worth flagging: I extended the damage reporting window from 24 to 48 hours (more reasonable for a handmade product shipped carefully), swapped in a placeholder email, removed the sizing/EU sizing section since it's not relevant to lamps, and leaned into the handmade/one-of-a-kind nature of your product throughout.
