Shipping Policy

At ResinForge, every lamp is handcrafted to order. Please keep this in mind when reviewing estimated shipping times — your piece is made with care before it ever reaches the post.

Processing Time

Because each lamp is made by hand, please allow additional time for production before your order is dispatched. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been handed off to the carrier.

Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking. Please note that for some carriers, tracking information can take several business days to update after dispatch. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and your tracking number isn't showing any activity, reach out to us at hello@resinforge.com and we'll look into it for you.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by location. These are estimates only — specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been dispatched and collected by the carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to them. We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage that occurs in transit, upon arrival in the destination country, or during customs processing.

If your package appears delayed or stuck, we're happy to help by providing tracking details and assisting with any carrier inquiries where we're able to.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. ResinForge is not responsible for orders dispatched to an incorrectly entered address. If a package is delayed, held, or lost due to an address error, customs issues, or actions by a local postal authority, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements in those cases.

Order Cancellation & Modification

Since production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellations and modifications can only be accommodated before your order enters production. Once production has started, the order is final and cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
